Shout-Outs are <a href=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/?p=443\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"443\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Factor<\/a> entries of positive 5 or more and can be entered from People &gt; Shout-Outs in the nav panel or in the top portion of the Shout-Outs section of any meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To give a Shout-Outs from either location, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select a user<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a Shout-Out the user can be given in the Factor field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach a file or photo (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide any details in the Notes section (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select &#8220;Give Factor&#8220;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below the Shout-Out entry section, meeting attendees can see Shout-Outs given over the last thirty days and &#8220;Like&#8221; them if they choose to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Shout-Outs-3-1024x512.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20373\" style=\"width:779px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Shout-Outs-3-1024x512.png 1024w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Shout-Outs-3-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Shout-Outs-3-768x384.png 768w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Shout-Outs-3-868x434.png 868w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Shout-Outs-3-980x490.png 980w, https:\/\/securedb.io\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/Shout-Outs-3.png 1320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, company Shout-Outs can be viewed on the Shout-Outs page (People &gt; Shout-Outs).
